My angling career started well over 30 years and has grown steadily to an being an obsession. I have been involved in rig development over the years,  such as the Withy Pool, the Basic Complicated and the Hermit rig.

I have had features published in many angling magazines and have been in carp fishing films such as the highly acclaimed weekender series, which ran in @advancedcarp magazine for 9 years.

I have caught a lot of big fish from a wide variety of venues, both in the UK and abroad and I’m equally at home on busy day ticket fisheries or low stocked syndicates.
