ATT UPGRADES, REPAIR AND SERVICING PAYMENTS

Upgrades: Once your ATT upgrade has been completed you will receive an email from our service partner with the amount to pay. This should be paid to Gardner Tackle Ltd. and payment is required before items can be despatched. To make payment please simply contact the Gardner Tackle head office via telephone on – (+44)01483 560048 and we can take card payment and we will process the payment as quickly as possible.

Non-warranty Repairs and Services: Once your repair and/or service has been completed you will receive an email directly from our service partner with the amount to pay and a breakdown of the work undertaken. This will be need to be paid direct to our service partner. The email will also contain options on how to make this payment.

*If during the course of completing your repair work we considered that the work is ‘beyond economic repair’ in relation the value of the product, we will contact you before any work is undertaken to discuss alternatives such as availability of reconditioned units.
