ATT UPGRADES, REPAIRS AND SERVICING
Please contact us with any queries regarding upgrades and servicing of your ATT products. You can contact us via phone or email to get through to our ATT servicing team.
The Basic Service charge is £10 for the ATT Alarm heads. This includes an inspection, new battery and seal. Any issues found on the inspection can be addressed before they come back to you. These repairs (if necessary) would be chargeable but rates are very reasonable; for instance, a set of replacement battery terminal tabs are £15. Return postage is £5 signed for/recorded delivery. Postage to international addresses (i.e. outside the UK) will incur a higher delivery fee.
Please note that all non-warranty ATT repairs and servicing are carried out by our service partner ‘Dalectronics’. ‘Dalectronics’ is an independent specialist company, that is run by former ATT Director Darren Henwood, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience directly related to the ATT product range.
All items are received and logged by Gardner Tackle. Any subsequent correspondence and/or payments are then handled by Dalectronics. With final notice of completion and payment details being sent direct to the customer from ‘Dalectronics’, by email in most instances.
All ATT and TLB repairs and upgrades have a 6 month warranty.
