Gardner tackle have a great reputation for after sales service and it is one that we are very proud of. All Gardner Tackle products are manufactured to the highest standards and all reasonable efforts are made to check for faults before distribution.
Gardner Product Returns:
When you purchase a Gardner product from an authorised retailer you enter into a contract with that retailer. If, for any reason, you have a product that is either faulty or doesn’t reach your expectations as a customer please return it to the retailer where it was purchased. If returned within a reasonable time (usually 30 days, although we recommend you check the retailer’s return policy before purchase) you should be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
ATT Product Returns:
Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase – this will speed up any complaint or returns process.
If you do not receive a satisfactory level of customer care from an authorised dealer, you can contact us directly and we shall do our best to get the situation resolved to your satisfaction.
