TLB REPAIRS AND SERVICING

Please note that all non-warranty TLB repairs and servicing are carried out by our service partner ‘Dalectronics’. ‘Dalectronics’ is an independent specialist company, that is run by former ATT Director Darren Henwood, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience directly related to the TLB product range.
All items are received and logged by Gardner Tackle. Any subsequent correspondence and/or payments are then handled by Dalectronics. With final notice of completion and payment details being sent direct to the customer from ‘Dalectronics’, by email in most instances.

Return postage is £5 signed for/recorded delivery. Postage to international addresses (i.e. outside the UK) will incur a higher delivery fee.
Please remember to include any relevant informtaion that will be required by us to complete your request and to get the product back to you; this includes your name, your address, your telephone number, email address and details of the upgrade or service required.
