I am a Decorator by Trade and run my own business in Bracknell. I’m married with a young son, who I hope one day will be a dedicated Angler.
I have been Angling for almost 25 years, my passion first started at a local pond catching perch at the age of 8. As a youngster I learnt my trade as a match angler for a local club, where I discovered how to catch certain species by design to great effect at times.
I later took the transition to become a specimen carp angler in my later teens around the Yateley area, where I have caught numerous 30’s and stacks of 20’s and other coarse species to respectable size.
I put a lot of effort and thought into my fishing and I love sharing ideas and thoughts with other like minded anglers. I have had various involvements with a number of magazines which includes features, writing and rig design. I also love making videos helping to promote my sponsors, fisheries and demonstrate tips for others looking to gain a few pointers. I have numerous videos on YouTube where I post a monthly blog.
I feel really fortunate to have the backing from Gardner Tackle and Mistral Baits, two brands that I have full confidence in and help contribute to my success.
